This condo was built 15 years ago and had dated terra-cotta flooring, old Mexican painted tiles, and dark cabinetry. The clients opted for a complete remodel with marble flooring new doors and cabinetry, custom concrete colored tiles in the bathrooms, a soak tub, all new LED lighting and a transformed kitchen. The showers are curdles for easy access. Their aesthetic is modern clean lines and a neutral palette. Custom furniture was created for the terrace in a tropical hardwood and custom live edge tables were made for dining and coffee table. Interiors have custom upholstery and bedding and a mixture woods and embroidered textiles wit custom lighting. A condo transformed!
