These Clients had a passion for architecture and interiors, so they had specific ideas in mind to incorporate into their custom home. We were involved in all phases of the design process, from design conceptualization, to construction and installation of interiors. PAC Interiors created space plans for each area as well as CAD drawings for all flooring, cabinetry, bathroom cabinets and tile layouts; even electrical plans. The Clients wanted to bring in the old world charm that they loved about the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Barbara and Ojai Valley Inn in the same area. Custom tiles were designed to grace the entire house and furniture was custom made to reflect the architectural period of those two iconic properties.
